Growing up immersed in sports like Taekwondo, basketball, football, and baseball, Troy naturally gravitated toward physical therapy as a career. His firsthand experience with coaching youth sports gave him a unique understanding of athletic demands and the importance of goal-driven rehab and return-to-play planning.
Troy believes that physical therapy should go beyond just healing injuries—it should optimize movement, build strength, and prevent future setbacks. At Positive Action, he combines hands-on techniques with customized movement programming for powerful, long-lasting results.
