in healthcare administration, with a strong background in both cash-based and insurance-based physical therapy practices. At Positive Action Rehab & Performance, she manages front desk operations, patient scheduling, billing, and financial processes ensuring every patient enjoys a smooth and welcoming experience from start to finish. She’s known for her keen attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and her supportive, patient-first approach.
Outside the clinic, Vanessa enjoys taking spontaneous road trips to Buc-ee’s with her 6-year-old daughter, attending country concerts, and staying active at Iron Forge Gym. A proud Texan through and through, she embraces everything the Lone Star State has to offer—from its strong sense of community to its vibrant culture.
