Jackie Guerra
Front Desk Coordinator
Jackie brings over 10 years of experience
in the fitness and wellness industry, with a background in physical therapy settings and six years specializing as a stretch therapist. Her own fitness journey, combined with her professional experience, has shaped her understanding of the importance of rehabilitation, consistency, and long-term movement health.
What stood out to Jackie about Positive Action was the one-on-one dedication to each patient and the sport- and lifestyle-specific programming.
“I’ve worked in multiple physical therapy clinics, and Positive Action truly changed how I felt about the rehab experience. I had constant communication with my physical therapist and was able to be pain-free after just three sessions. I also walked away with a lot of knowledge about my body and movement. I appreciated the cash-pay option, as insurance can sometimes limit care to one issue at a time. The entire team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I’m excited to be part of a fitness-forward, patient-first environment.”
In her free time, Jackie goes to Come and Take it CrossFit, she is currently venturing out by training for a HYROX competition. Outside of the gym, she enjoys traveling. She has a goal to see all the national parks (totaling 12 so far, with Bryce Canyon in Utah being her favorite) and spending time with her goldendoodle, Pretzel!
