Flor Salas
Office Manager & Holistic Wellness Advocate
Meet Flor Salas, the heart of operations at Positive Action Rehab & Performance in San Antonio.
As Office Manager, Flor ensures every patient’s experience is smooth, welcoming, and empowering—while her husband, Dr. Edwin Serrano, leads the way in elite physical therapy and performance rehab.
With a background in strategic marketing, public relations, and holistic health, Flor brings a unique blend of business expertise and compassionate care to the clinic. After witnessing Edwin’s frustration with insurance-driven limitations, she joined forces with him to build an insurance-free physical therapy clinic focused on patient-centered, high-performance recovery.
Flor’s professional journey includes leadership roles like Director of Marketing and Communications for Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas, where she led award-winning campaigns, and public relations positions with the City of San Antonio, where she advanced from intern to Senior Public Information Officer. She holds a Master’s Degree in Digital & Strategic Communications from Texas State University and a Bachelor’s in Communications & Business from Our Lady of the Lake University.
A certified Health Coach and wellness enthusiast, Flor is passionate about supporting patients in their journey toward total well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What Patients Love About Positive Action
Outside the Clinic
You’ll find her doing CrossFit at King William District, enjoying early morning walks on the Riverwalk, or immersed in historical WWII novels. Her favorite role? Mom to Luciano—and yes, she does beat Edwin in the WODs sometimes.
