“I have had chronic shoulder and hip issues for a long time now. I have seen multiple physical therapists, chiropractors and massage therapists for these issues with little to no progress. That all changed when I met Edwin. He truly understands the human body and will help you get back to living pain free.”
Jesse (and the whole Positive Action team!) are fabulous. I have had a multitude of chronic, nagging injuries and pain over the last several years. I came to Jesse specifically with hip and shoulder pain, and he developed a rehab plan for me that worked wonders. Over the time that I’ve worked with them (almost 2 years!), I’ve developed other aches/pains/injuries and Jesse has worked through all of them. Most importantly, he has educated me on what exercises and movements I can do on my own to help treat and alleviate pain. They regularly work with athletes of all abilities to help you stay moving! Would highly recommend Positive Action rehab to anyone.
"Injuries can set you back physically and mentally. Learning and knowing about what exactly has happened to my body after an injury is huge and gives me confidence to work on the issue. We went through this mainly at the beginning but I learn something new each session. Edwin accesses my strength and ability each session and gives me exercises based on that. It’s very helpful to have my physical therapy be dynamic and based on how I’m improving so that each week is not just a static program. Great gym like environment with a positive attitude towards healing and regaining strength and confidence for movement.."
“Edwin at Positive Action has not only provided a great physical therapy service that aided in the recovery of a torn labrum in my rotator cuff, but has also been a key factor in continuing to assist me in keeping my body happy and healthy. It’s a great environment where quality care and attention is given to your individual needs. Dry needling and Edwin giggling while your glutes burn might make you want to punch the air, but it could not be more worth it. If you are struggling to figure out why the heck your shoulder clicks, or knee is wonky or your lower back aches you can’t go wrong giving positive action PT a try!!”
“Christmas Day of 2021 I broke my big toe and spent the next several weeks in a boot. After finally getting out of the boot, my foot was very weak. I tried to slowly ease back into activity (nothing crazy, just walking and squats basically) but after another few weeks, I developed a neuroma, a sprain, and plantar fasciitis.
