Started seeing Dr. Massie for a knee injury along with some back pain I’ve been having for over a year. Dr. Massie has been amazing and his bedside manner makes me feel like I am long time friend and not a client. After a few sessions my knee is amazing and my back pain is almost completely healed. The staff is beyond friendly and always smiling. Great place with great people. Get there early to use the massage chair.

These guys are AMAZING! As a Foot and Ankle Surgeon I depend on physical therapy as adjunct to any treatment. In fact I believe that physical rehabilitation may be more beneficial than anything else.
When I had a running injury I knew who I needed. After sessions with Edwin and Troy I am back to running without pain. I can’t describe how thankful I am. I recommend them hands down!
Blake S.
Troy was excellent in listening to my concerns and adjusting my treatment plan as needed. Came in to address plantar fasciitis and as it resolved over the months and new pains arose, he was able to address those as well! I feel much more capable in taking action for myself and confident in my body to perform and achieve my goals. Thank you to Troy and team so much!!

You’ve probably tried it all: Rest. Ice. Massage. Theragun. And still…pain lingers.
You’re frustrated. Held back. Unsure what to try next. The good news? You’re not alone and there is a better way.

We are so thankful a great friend recommended Positive Action Rehab & Performance to us. After a hip injury a surgeon suggested hip surgery for our 14 year old son. Surgery would have significantly impacted his future in basketball. On our first visit Troy assured us surgery was not necessary. After several visits our son doesn't experience any hip pain, is back to doing what he loves and more importantly has learned what to do to decrease the possibility of another injury. Troy and the entire staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. If you have experienced any type of sports injury you owe it to yourself to give this place a try, they will not disappoint!!!

I first started coming to Positive Action in the summer of 2023 for a pulled hamstring from running track. Within only a couple of weeks Dr Troy was able to help fix my injury and get me back to running how i was before! This place is truly amazing with all of the resources they provide for recovery, and every time I come in I always feel welcome and the staff here is truly amazing!

Cannot say enough good things about this place. I went in with a knee injury and they immediately knew what the issue was and how to treat it. They are not like your normal PT business where you only spend a small amount of time with the actual doctor, here they spend and work with you for the full hour. I've been going for over a month now and feel great. I would recommend them a million times!

I needed help training for a 10k run and signed up with Ben. The entire experience has been wonderful!
I am not an athlete but he has been incredibly supportive and encouraging.
Ben’s plans are well thought and, while challenging, they are also enjoyable.
Highly recommend!!

My son was dealing with nerve tension, significantly limiting his sports performance. Edwin,
PT was able to diagnose the issue and specifically treat the problem with a variety of interventions. My son has made significant improvements in his performance and decreased pain. Edwin is very engaged with my son and cares greatly about his ability to perform at his best and is providing him with all the tools to achieve that goal. Great communication from Edwin and office staff. I highly recommend Edwin and Positive Action PT

After 7 years of unresolved pain, Troy at Positive Action PT was a godsend. He equipped me with the knowledge I needed and confidence I was lacking to finally tackle my mobility issues and chronic pain. I’ve been disappointed by physical therapy before, so was very relieved that Troy understood the issues I’d faced, and was eager to develop a plan that works and can develop with me.

I can’t speak highly enough of the physicians to the white glove service of the front office. The service and results I have received from Positive Action has been nothing short of phenomenal. I’ve lived the past 15 years with chronic pain riddled throughout my body from my military service which the VA could not diagnose. After a year and a half of extensive medical evaluations with no results, Edwin and his team were able to diagnose and treat me relieving all pain in my body.
I highly recommend this office to anyone suffering from athletic or any kind of pain in the body due to neurological issues. For the first time in years, I am able to move my body without feeling chronic pain.

The staff here is amazing and incredibly helpful. Edwin is super knowledgeable on everything he’s doing and so willing to help and answer questions. Not to mention top of the line facility and tools to help the PT process. 11/10 recommend.

Physical therapy with Dr. Serrano has literally been a game changer. Long story short I had foot issues that sent me to 2 podiatrists and 6 session with an Airrosti. No one got to the root cause of what was going on, nor gave me the right mindset and plan to treat my issue.
Physical therapy, dry needling, and the education Dr. Serrano provides has help tremendously. I have sent my mom and my best friend to see him and they both say great things about their experience at Positive Action. Dr. Serrano is knowledgeable, understanding, humorous, and most of all he believes in you and getting you back to your best self. Go see him now!
